Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd

Founded in October 1992, Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. is an airline jointly invested by Guangdong Guangkong Group Co., Ltd. and Air China. It was officially launched on September 17, 1993. It is an airline located in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. In 2005, Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. transferred its equity, and Shenzhen huirun Investment Co., Ltd. and Yiyang Group Co., Ltd Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. acquired 65% equity of Shenzhen Airlines, and Shenzhen Airlines became an airline controlled by private capital. On March 22, 2010, through capital increase, Air China increased its equity of Shenzhen Airlines from 25% to 51%, becoming the controlling shareholder of Shenzhen Airlines. In May 2011, 24% equity of Shenzhen huirun was acquired by Shenzhen full logistics service Co., Ltd. so far, Shenzhen People's government's full logistics service Co., Ltd Liu's stake in Shenzhen Airlines increased to 49%.

In May 2018, Shenzhen Airlines won the top of the "world's top ten beautiful stewardess".

In October 2020, novel coronavirus pneumonia was selected as the advanced group of the national transportation system.
