Zhang Xiaoquan, a century old brand enterprise, was founded in the second year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty (1663 AD), which has lasted 350 years. The trademark was first officially registered by the Ministry of agriculture, industry and Commerce of the Qing government, with a history of 109 years.

"Zhang Xiaoquan" scissors is a traditional famous brand in China's handicraft industry. It is well-known at home and abroad with Kong Fengchun's "hangfen", Wang Xingji's "Hangfan", Du Jinsheng's "Hangjin" and Mi Dachang's "Hangyan". During the reign of Emperor Qianlong, it was included in the imperial tribute. In modern times, Zhang Xiaoquan's scissors won many awards at international competitions such as Nanyang trade association and Panama International Exposition.

Traditional civil scissors are the starting products of Zhang Xiaoquan. There are five kinds of scissors, namely "Xinhua, Shanlang, Wuhu, Yuantou and changtou". They are famous for their uniform steel inlay, clear steel, fine grinding, sharp edge, firm pin, smooth opening and closing, exquisite style, novel engraving, durability, good quality and low price.

With the key technology of inlaid steel forging, Zhang Xiaoquan founded the famous 72 cutting process.
