Shanghai Jiulian Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned group company established after the merger of the former Shanghai commodity exchange, Shanghai Metal Exchange and Shanghai grain and oil commodity exchange in accordance with the relevant spirit of the notice on further rectifying and standardizing the futures market issued by the State Council (GBO [1998] No. 27). Shanghai Jiulian Group Co., Ltd. was formally established on January 18, 2000 with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Industrial investment, refined oil business, gas business, domestic trade (except for the special provisions of the state) and other related consulting services, self owned housing leasing, grain and oil wholesale, information technology services (except the network), coal (raw coal) wholesale, engaged in the import and export business of goods.
